LICENSE, COPYRIGHT & USAGE TERMS

All sounds, samples, MIDI files, presets, and other audio content included in this product (the “Content”) are created, processed, and compiled by LOWKEY LABS.

LOWKEY LABS retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content, including all intellectual property rights. All materials included in the Content are presented as original works, having been created or materially transformed by LOWKEY LABS into new, standalone audio assets.

All Content is created, arranged, and processed by LOWKEY LABS into new, standalone audio assets.

Sounds are developed using a combination of original sound design methods, including synthesis, recordings, and programming from hardware and software instruments such as drum machines, samplers, and virtual instruments, as well as other commonly used audio source materials.

Where source elements are incorporated, they are used strictly as components within newly created sounds and are not included, distributed, or made available in their original or isolated form.

Through common professional techniques such as resampling, synthesis, layering, and effects processing, any such elements are integrated into the final sound in a way that prevents them from being separately identified or extracted.

All Content is used in accordance with applicable laws and constitutes original audio assets owned and controlled by LOWKEY LABS.

Upon purchase or download, LOWKEY LABS grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content in your own music and audio-visual productions.

This license is granted solely to the original purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party.

You may:

• Use the Content in commercial and non-commercial music
• Distribute music containing the Content on streaming platforms, social media, film, games, and other media

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, share, distribute, or make available the Content as standalone sounds
• Include the Content in any competing sample pack, sound library, or similar product
• Redistribute the Content in a way that allows others to extract or access the sounds individually

The Content is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

LOWKEY LABS expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• compatibility with any specific software, hardware, or workflow
• uninterrupted or error-free operation

LOWKEY LABS does not warrant that the Content will meet your requirements or that use of the Content will be free from defects, errors, or interruptions.

LOWKEY LABS is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses that may result from the use of the Content, including things like lost revenue, data, or business opportunities.

To the extent permitted by law, LOWKEY LABS’ total liability for any claim related to this product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

By using the Content, you acknowledge that it is used at your own discretion and risk.

LOWKEY LABS maintains internal processes and records relating to sound creation, processing, and sourcing. All Content is distributed in accordance with applicable licensing terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which LOWKEY LABS operates.
